Our IT team checked all settings and found that there are no changes in the email configuration.<\/p>\n<p>But, still after several attempts our team is unable to diagnose the actual issue.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We then thought of changing password of email account and found from web control panel that the email account is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">exceeding quota of 50 MB assigned to this particular email account<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the exact issue.<\/p>\n<p>We just <strong><span class=\"highlight1\" style=\"color: #000000;\">changed quota to a bigger size from 50 MB to 100 MB<\/span><\/strong>.
